Option A: WORKSITE WELLNESS EVALUATIONS:

One of the first steps to assessing the needs of your corporate health program is to determine your employees’ readiness to change their behaviors regarding their health.
At UOT we can email your employees a wellness survey that assesses needs and readiness to change. We will analyze these surveys and education can be arranged to reach those people who have yet to realize the importance of change.

Option B: UOT’S YEAR LONG PROGRAM OF EDUCATIONAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS LITERATURE AND VIDEO EXERCISE PROGRAMMING:

Once your company’s needs are assessed, your employees will be given a pass code to be able to go online and complete their own personal profile. Your employees will be sent bi-monthly health and wellness literature on topics such as:

• Nutrition and Exercise
  
• Managing blood sugar, cholesterol and factors leading to heart disease
  
• Coping with depression
• Home health care
  

Employees will also e sent exercise videos via the web that will progress them from basic weight training and aerobic exercise skills to sports specific moves, core training, flexibility and back care. These videos are personal, professional, safe and progress as a trainer would progress with a client in a one-on-one setting.

Option C: INCENTIVE PROGRAMS:

We offer the INCENTIVE SOLUTION: a proven way to have generally non-participating employees get involved. Although ideally we want all employees to participate because they see the intrinsic value, for some financial rewards must be attached. By using the UOT Fit Tracker which automatically adds up points as users enter their activity, we offer a built in system for creating contests and increasing enthusiasm even further.
